Q. Tell us about your gym.

A. “We offer personal training in a group setting. We run circuit-style workouts with the moments playing on our TV screens. In every class, two certified personal trainers are there to correct your form and motivate you to exercise to the best of your abilities.”

Q. Who are your clients?

A. “Our clients are a dedicated group of individuals who work on improving and maintaining their health and physique.”

Q. How are you different from other gyms?

A. “When you step foot in our gym to work out, you will notice equipment already set up and a programmed workout ready to go. You don’t have to think about what you’re doing, and you don’t need to worry about someone else hogging your station.”

Q. What’s a typical day like for cleaning staff in the gym environment?

A. “For us and our staff, we are ALWAYS cleaning. Before, during and after classes. We always need to make sure that our equipment and facilities are clean and ready for everyone to use.”

Q. How do you protect your facility to ensure that it is clean and safe for gym goers?

A. “We provide our members with clean towels to work out with, and we place spray bottles with cleaning solution and cloths strategically around the workout floor to be used by our members and trainers throughout each workout. Then we do cleanup between classes. We also make sure to clean and touch up our washrooms and deep clean our sinks, showers and toilets regularly.”

Q. What would you say are your main concerns or challenges for your gym?

A. “We are busy and we run a lot of classes every day. Our biggest challenge was to find a product that we could use consistently, especially during classes – and that is safe, fast and efficient, just like our workouts!”

Q. Are there any particular times of the year that present greater cleaning and disinfecting challenges?

A. “The most challenging times are during extreme weather – very hot days, and days with lots of rain and snow.”
